We accept Cash, money order, personal check and Cashier’s checks as forms of payment. The kitten must be paid for in full before they are released to they’re new home. Please tell us how you will be paying. Please check the appropriate payment method.

Payment Plan:
We offer a payment plan for our Persians. We offer this because we know a lot of people have trouble paying the full amount all at once. Our payment plan is fairly new and we hope to continue using it in the future.
Option 1:
Option one: Pay $50 dollars a week until your chosen kitten is paid for, which for pet kittens, it will take 6 weeks. The kitten will not be released to you until payment is received in full.

Option 2:
We also offer another option. This option is to pay $100 dollars a week until your chosen kitten is paid for. This option takes less time and more people tend to choose this option. Again, the kitten will not be released to you until it is fully paid for.

Registration:
When you receive your kitten you will also receive their registration papers. The kittens are registered as a litter and you must individually register them. I have had people in the past receive their kitten’s papers and then say they never got them.
Please initial the box saying you received the CFA Registration papers.
Kitten Health:
Kittens do not leave our home until 12 weeks of age. We do not release them at 6 or 8 weeks because we want them to be healthy well-rounded kittens.
Each kitten receives at least 2 sets of shot before they leave our home. You will be provided with their shots records when you pick them up or you they will be mailed you if you decide to ship your kitten.

As the new owner of the kitten you will be responsible for getting the kitten proper veterinary care such as ALL Annual shots, and medical care he/she may need in the future.
If anything should happen to your kitten (death) with in the first year of purchase you will be entitled to another kitten free of charge from the next litter but only if the buyer provides us with a written statement as to the cause of death. We have had no kittens die since we began breeding. Are kittens are also free of all parasites.

Spay/Neuter Pet Kittens:
All pet kittens MUST be spayed or neutered before the age of eight months. All pet kittens come with limited registration. We don’t want our pet kittens being bred, we want them in a nice loving family home. You will provide us with written documentation that the cat has been spayed or neutered within eight months of Purchase.

Shipping:
We ship our kittens throughout the Continental United States. Shipping costs are around $250 dollars, sometimes less. The kittens are shipped in a climate-controlled part of the airplane. Shipping is to be paid by the buyer of the kitten who is responsible for picking the kitten up at the airport. We will also allow the kitten to go under the seat in the passenger area of the airplane.

In as much as the below signed Buyer has read and understood the terms and restrictions of the sale and understand that this contract is a legal and binding agreement, a legal document, enforceable within the confines of this United States of America and that the costs incurred in inter-state litigation by the Seller are within the accepted responsibilities of the Buyer, this contract is a legal and effectual and enforceable document within and by all of the boundaries of this United States and Canada.
